London Transport
For those who may be going to London and who are looking at transport in London for themselves may be interested in ICT being used in a transport context. Transport for London have recently added a new range of services (called Travel Tools) to their website. See the following link for details http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/traveltools/default.aspx.
It allows the user to select options such as "I cannot use stairs", "I cannot use escalators" etc. and i believe it will be interesting to see how these new travel tools make London public transport that bit less daunting for people!
