The pacificwomen.org Website

The pacificwomen.org website (http://www.pacificwomen.org) is an initiative of Pacific Women Shaping Pacific Development Initiative (PWSPD) โ€“ a 10 year commitment by the Australian Government.

The pacificwomen.org website is a hub for information, news, projects and resources relating to gender equality in the Pacific. The site aims to improve information sharing, enhance knowledge and evidence and inform policy and practice around gender equality in the region.

We have recently made some improvements to the site that make it easier to find the information you need and to navigate from a smart phone or tablet.

The pacificwomen.org online forum is now live and can be used by people who want to connect and network with others working to achieve gender equality. The forum is easy to use and free to join โ€“ just visit forum.pacificwomen.org now, complete your personal profile and start posting!

Anyone can share their news, events and resources on gender equality on pacificwomen.org. Just visit the โ€˜Contributeโ€™ tab on the siteโ€™s main menu and fill out the form. We also encourage you to link the site to your own organisationโ€™s website and promote the forum and website through your social media.

Any feedback or technical questions about pacificwomen.org can be sent to the website administrator at contribute@pacificwomen.org.
