Disability Inclusive Development: An Approach for Achieving Inclusion in Sustainable Development

Honourable Chairperson, delegates, Director General and your team, development partners representatives, and colleagues;
First and foremost, I thank the Director General for his invitation to our young regional non-governmental organisation, the Pacific Disability Forum to attend for the first time, a meeting of the SPC CRGA. I believe this is part of the new way SPC intends to charter its new direction; one that is more effective, efficient, relevant and importantly, inclusive!
