The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is recruiting for an Inclusion Officer to join our Disability Rights team.

Founded in 1987 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, IFES has developed and implemented comprehensive, collaborative democracy solutions in more than 130 countries.
Project Description: The Program Officer is the entry-level management position to programmatic work at IFES. Under the supervision of the Manager, Global Access and Inclusion Programs, the Inclusion Officer will develop and implement tools and strategies to increase access to the electoral process for persons with disabilities. In addition to working on country-specific initiatives, the Program Officer will also help support knowledge management of disability rights programming across the organization.
