We, the representatives of members and associate members of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), assembled at โThe Way Forward: Asia-Pacific Regional Consultation on a Disability-inclusive Development Agenda towards 2015 and Beyondโ held in Bangkok from 15 to 16 May 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the Asia-Pacific Consultation).
