Report of the first Seminar on Independent Living (IL) in Ho Chi Minh City was held on 7thโ11th March 2010 at the First Hotel, 18 Hoang Viet Street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The seminar was organized by Disabled Peoplesโ International Asia-Pacific Region (DPI/AP) with the support of the Nippon Foundation (TNF).
