Minutes from the 2nd Steering Committee meeting Global Business and Disability Network
The Network's 2nd Steering Committee meeting in Geneva, Switzerland on 18 November 2011. Among the key discussions were the Network's strategic planning, which will help develop a medium-term strategy for the Network, and membership agreement, which will be presented to all members to secure commitment towards the Network. For more details, please read the attached minutes. The Steering Committee will meet again on 30 January 2012 in Levallois-Perret (near Paris), France for the strategic planning exercise.
The Network is planning two additional regional meetings in early 2012. On 23 February 2012, Standard Bank will host the Network's meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa. A second meeting will be held in Shanghai, China. We would like to invite your counterparts in Africa and China to the meetings. Please send us the contact information of your counterparts in the two regions so they can take part and represent your respective company/organization.
