Producing better information for disabled people : A toolkit for local authorities
The Office for Disability Issues has published, in April 2009, a Communications Toolkit for Local Government. It is useful, at least in parts, and could be used by groups who may not have the finances to publish such a guide as this Government body in the UK does. The link is:
