The Department of Transportation's "Hong Kong Disability Forum" on November 4 and 5, 2009. The purpose of the forum was to discuss the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) rulemaking and to enable DOT officials to explain the major provisions of the new ACAA rule, and provide attendees an opportunity to discuss concerns, share experiences and ask questions. The Department is committed to ensuring that our air travel system is fully accessible to passengers with disabilities.
