Webbytalents is a site originating from Quebec offering an online service for sharing and watching videos made by or for persons with disabilities. The site has been online since Feb. 14 2008. This is the first video sharing site aimed particularly at the community of persons with disabilities from around the world. Disabled people, creators, organizations or persons involved are all invited to submit their videos on Webbytalents. Webbytalents is a distributor of talent and entertainment and an opportunity to discover and encourage talent and relevant events across the world. In addition to being a site that hosts videos, Webbytalents has set targets to stimulate contacts between the public and amateur artists or professionals. Webbytalents is a host and not a publisher. As such, Webbytalents has no obligation to the initiative of control that contains videos, but the obligation of the withdrawal movies reported as violating copyright. Any registered user can post videos, reviews and record videos online. To organize the files, Webbytalents appealed to categories, keywords, or to groups. New groups can be created at the initiative of registered members. The site also features a search engine. Research done by typing tags, keywords.
