Wheelchair Hand-Over Ceremony, 8 Feb 2010, DPI/AP office, BKK, Thailand
Mr. Issara Somchai, Minister of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security officiate at the Wheelchair Hand-Over Ceremony at DPI/AP office on 8 February 2010 to received 50 wheelchairs from Mr. Roy Y.Y. Wu, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand representative from EDEN SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION.
EDEN SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION present 50 wheelchairs to support the DPI/AP wheelchair Assistant Project and Thailand Campaign to Ban Landmines. Wheelchair Assistant Project strengthen the capacities of Persons with Disabilities though wheelchair assistance initiatives and empower Persons with Disabilities to be to live independently.
Wheelchair Assistant Project in collboration with:

- and Nontaburi Society of Disabled Persons
