Ensuring accessibility and non-discrimination of people with disabilities: Toolkit for using EU Structural and Cohesion Funds
The Toolkit, published by the European Commission in May 2009, aims to promote the understanding and application of the non-discrimination and accessibility requirements stemming from the obligations in Article 16 of the general Structural Funds regulation on the specific needs of people with disabilities
The toolkit can be useful for individuals with disabilities, the organisations representing them and those interested in learning more about the EU Structural Funds (e.g. organisations representing the interests of older persons that equally need and benefit from accessibility
