DRPI Africa - Action Declaration on Monitoring the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
The Workshop took place from January 24 to February 2, 2011 in Kigali, Rwanda. It was hosted by the DRPI Africa Regional Centre which is based in the offices of the Fédération Nationale des Personnes en situation de Handicap (FENAPH) of Rwanda.
