Cambodian Disabled People's Organization (CDPO) organized the Regional Conference on raising awareness of the ASEAN Disability Forum (ADF), coordinated by Disabled Peoples' International Asia Pacific (DPIAP).To promote the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) through ASEAN Decade of Persons with Disabilities. The Regional Conference of the ASEAN Disability Forum (ADF), funded by AusAid, The Abilis Foundation and Australian Red Cross.

The regional conference was held at Phnom Penh Hotel, Grand Ballroom Meeting on 29th - 30th March 2011. This conference utilized plenary and breakout session. The plenary along with the presentation from Key speakers included question and answer. The breakout session assign as 6 topics, the participants selected to attend which topics as their interested. For the breakout session, each topic facilitate and presented by delegates were invited from Disabled Peoples' Organization in ASEAN region.
